Though our congregation may be small, Mount Olivet Church of the Brethren has a big heart for serving God in Newport, PA. We offer a welcoming community of people who will accept you just as you are. Here, you’ll find support and encouragement to rely on even in the hard times. In every moment, we believe in serving generously and loving each other as Jesus did.
Sunday School
Even the youngest members of our church can learn about Jesus through our Sunday School classes. Mount Olivet Church of the Brethren provides engaging and fun activities and lessons for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Our classes are places where kids can form lifelong friendships while learning how to apply God’s word to their lives as they grow.
Church Services
Bible Study
The Bible studies at Mount Olivet Church of the Brethren give you the chance to explore Scripture more widely than in our church services. Whether you grew up reading the Bible or have never opened one, we offer a place for you to learn in our small groups. Our study groups provide an open, judgment-free environment for people of all walks of life to share their experiences and examine the Word together.
